Meetings:
Monthly meetings are held across the DFW area, combining Club business with food, fun, and dogs. Non-members and visitors are always welcomed. Our dogs are often a part of the activities. Some months we hold virtual meetings over Google Meet or ZOOM.
These meetings provide social time, networking, and regularly include an opportunity to cook out. Something the club looks forward to every year is our Chili Competition, held typically in November. We have also attended dog day at baseball games and held picnics at area parks.
Club Activities
Membership:
If you’re obsessed with the Bull Terrier breed, our club is the place for you! We’re all about responsible breeding, friendly competition, and our love for these amazing dogs. To join, you’ll need to pay a small fee and attend two full meetings. Once you’ve done that, our membership committee will decide if you’re a good fit. We’re open to anyone who’s interested in the breed, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. You can apply with the online form on the left side of this page, or you can also download a membership application from the link above.
Other Club Information:
Every March, we hold an independent specialty show and Bull Terriers from around the world come to compete. This is the best opportunity enthusiasts have across the region to see these dogs and interact with their owners and breeders.
The BTCD is a member organization of the Bull Terrier Club of America, and supports the Fort Worth Kennel Club and other kennel clubs across the region.
